Casa Cantagallo is an old estate owner's house close to the hill on which the charming, artistic town of Cortona (8 km) sits
This old etruscan village is a  historic and architectural jewel which is certainly worth a visit.
Until a few years ago the house was the heart of a large farm;  a recent restoration has transformed it into a charming holiday villa.
Close to the house it’s now possible to see the cellar where the owner produce a very good quality wine which it will be possible to taste for free during your holidays.

The furnishings are comfortable and have been carefully chosen.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: Kitchen with fireplace, large living/dining room with fireplace, armchairs and sofas, looking onto the swimming pool, double bedroom with an extra single bed, bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: with access via an internal staircase, there are four double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. It is possible to add another single bed to one of the bedrooms.

EQUIPMENT:

• Dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, toaster
• Washing machine, high chair, barbecue, air conditioning in the bedrooms
• TV, Wi-Fi Internet access

EXTERIOR

All around the house you will have at your disposal a large green area equipped with gazebo, table and chairs for your outdoor dinners in company, barbecue, games for children and shaded parking spaces. At the back of the house is the large swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.20-1.40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) for your exclusive use. The pool has a wide, completely fenced area that is also suitable to stay in safe company of your pet-friends.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 150.
Heating Euro 1,50 per liter (if used).
Air conditioning in the bedrooms Euro 0,80 per kwh (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Tourist tax Euro 2,50 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
