Casa Roby is a charming cottage with private pool situated in the hills of Cambiano, a small village about 45 km from Florence. The house was built in 2009 and has a nice outdoor areas with beautiful panoramic terrace, gazebo, garden and private pool. The interiors are comfortably furnished and have air conditioning.

The house is accessed via a short stretch of dirt road in good condition.

Ground floor: living-room ( satellite TV) with dining area and kitchen corner (oven , freezer, dishwasher ), double bedroom , bathroom with shower, bedroom with bunk beds.

Accessories: satellite TV , washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning , freezer, heating , cot , parking, barbecue. Pets are allowed.

OUTDOOR

Casa Roby offers a garden with swimming pool and well cared for exclusive use of guests (bean-shaped , about 7 x 3 m - depth 1,2 m - open from 01/ 05 to 30/ 09), barbecue , large terrace with gazebo, table and chairs for outdoor dining and panoramic views stretching from Monte Serra to the towers of San Gimignano.

The price includes : Internet WIFI, water, gas cooking purposes, weekly linen change .

The price does not include: final cleaning € 60.00 , any tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality ( details provided on site by the owner) .

On request: baby bed available free of charge, maid service available on request at a cost of € 10.00 per hour , heating € 10.00al day , air conditioning € 10.00 per day.
Pets Small pets with a supplement of € 40.00 per pet ( payable locally ) .
 

Security deposit : € 300.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
