Property Description

Casa Trebbano is an ancient farmhouse situated on a green hill, just a few kilometers from Arezzo. The house is placed on a natural terrace overlooking the beautiful landscape of the surrounding hills. Its original architecture has been revealed by a recent renovation which has brought back to life the old splendour.

Furnishing, simple and functional in the typical rustic Tuscan style, well fits in with the farmhouse characteristics. A vacation at Casa Trebbano is recommended to all those who love quietness and life in contact with uncontaminated nature.

Arezzo is a beautiful ancient town offers shops and services and it is a recommended destination to visit important museums, works of art or to attend to folk events such as the Joust of the Saracen. Every first Sunday of the month you can take exciting walks around the Antiques Fair stands, searching for precious objects.

It was great! Exactly what we wanted, lots of privacy!

- Were you satisfied with your accommodation?
Yes, we were very satisfied with the accommodation

- What aspects of your holiday did you appreciate most??
Everything, we especially loved the privacy of the swimming pool! No neighbours, only silence in a very quiet surroundings

_Do you have any suggestions for improvement?
Yes, it would be nice to have at least one comfortable chair/couch in the living room, especially when its bad weather outside

- Please write a short personal comment:
we enjoyed our stay and will consider to come back, but only when the swimming pool can beexclusively used by us, and not by others at the same time. We read on the website that a second house will be ready next year for rent and those guests will also have the possibility to use of the swimming pool. If that will be the case, Tribbiano will be no option for us anymore. This because this given means we have to give up our privacy along the house!

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: living-dining room with kitchen corner and fireplace, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Possibility to add a single bed in one bedroom.

EQUIPMENT: freezer, oven, moka coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board, Satellite TV, dishwasher, hammock, Wi-Fi Internet access.

OUTDOOR
All around the house, we find a wide and completely fenced garden whith a swimming pool (size mt. 7x4, depth mt. 1,20) on a sunny terrace, a barbecue and an equipped outdoor space with table and chairs to eat outside.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Private pool open from 1.5.-30.9.
Wi-Fi Internet access.
Property cleaned and supplied with bed linen and bathroom towels with weekly change.
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.
Electricity, hot and cold water.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
Heating with pellet stove in the living-room Euro 10 per day (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day and includes also a kennel, bowls for water and food and a pet toy.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
