Casale Annalisa, an elegant farmhouse renovated in 2017, is located just a few kilometres from the beautiful Etruscan town of Cortona, in the fertile Chiana Valley which for the ancient Romans was the barn of the eternal city.

It is a beautiful and comfortable villa suitable for those who want to spend their holidays in an environment that combines the comforts of a modern home with the ancient beauty of the surrounding landscape.

The farmhouse has undergone a total renovation of the premises by modifying the interiors and transforming the house into a unique and perfect accommodation for families and parties up to 14 sleeps (or up to 18 sleeps in the version Casale Annalisa). The architectural features of the Tuscan houses has been respected combining it with the modernity of our days such as air conditioning and modern kitchen appliances.

The swimming pool area offers a magnificent view of Cortona that can be reached in a few minutes by car. The villa is located in a particularly favourable position to visit many towns and villages of Tuscany and Umbria.

The approximately 300 square meters property features a private pool, hot tub and Wi-Fi internet access. Adjacent to the swimming pool there is the tennis table, football table, swing for children and whirlpool pool ideal for those who want a vacation full of rest. The property also has barbecue facilities and covered parking.

There are some other buildings in the property which are closed and which have not been renewed yet. The owner and his sister live in the ancient main house; two very discreet people who take care of the pool and property without disturbing the privacy of their guests.

INTERIOR

The structure is composed of two floors.

Ground floor:  living room with sofa bed, armchairs and fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower, large bathroom with shower.  

From the living room, a small corridor leads to a master bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a master bedroom with private bathroom with shower and access to the garden, a well equipped kitchen and dining room with table and benches ideal for groups and a small fireplace suitable small grills for the winter period.

First floor:  an internal staircase leads to a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower

Guests will enjoy the large garden equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, Jacuzzi and a beautiful swimming pool (dimensions: 14x6 m - depth from 0.90 to 1.40 m) with magnificent views of the magical Cortona.
Children and teens will enjoy:  slide, swing, table tennis and table football.

In front of the kitchen there is a table with chairs in a shaded area, ideal for gathering family and friends and enjoying excellent grills prepared on the barbecue or just relaxing at the end of the day
