CASALE BELVEDERE is nestled in the hills of the upper Arno valley. Its extremely scenic location masterfully combines the peace and tranquillity of the place with the possibility of rapid travel. Thanks to the good road network along the valley floor, which connects the city of Arezzo (20 km) and Florence (60 km), you can easily enjoy day trips to the 2 cities and their surroundings, and to the most beautiful centres in Tuscany.

The panorama you can enjoy from the house, garden and swimming pool is nothing short of marvellous; the peace and silence will be your panacea for forgetting the frenzy of modern life.

Casale Belvedere is a very suggestive stone farmhouse, the ideal holiday home for groups of friends or families with children.  

At the villa you will be greeted by a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The furnishings, consisting of period furniture lovingly restored by the owners, bring the mind back to ancient times, when the farmhouse was inhabited by a large farming family.  The owners will also offer you the chance to taste and buy excellent local products, such as wine and oil.

The road leading to the house (about 1.5 km) has some sections with a pronounced slope, but it is still well-maintained and well passable with any type of car. Moreover, once you arrive at the villa you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view. It should be noted that the villa is also equipped with photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity, making it independent of traditional energy sources and enhancing its ecological address.

INTERIORS

GROUND FLOOR: Sitting-dining room with kitchen corner, fireplace, sofa and satellite TV, opening out onto large porch equipped with table and chairs for outdoor meals, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR: with access via internal staircase, double bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The 3 bedrooms and the sitting-dining room are endowed with wall fans.

The outdoor spaces are very large and well-equipped, both for children and adults. You will find a large garden entirely fenced and enriched with outdoor furniture, a table tennis and a small house with a barbecue, a wood-burning oven and a sink, perfect for preparing your barbecues or pizza evenings with friends, taking advantage of the wonderful porch at the front of the house. From the porch you can enjoy fantastic sunsets together with a bottle of good local wine.
The private and completely fenced swimming pool (dimensions mt. 5x10, depth mt. 1.40) is also at your disposal, situated on a terrace in the garden, it allows you to swim while admiring the extraordinary panorama and the surrounding natural beauty, still pure and uncontaminated.

Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
