Casale Belvedere is a charming stone villa set in the hills of the upper part of the Arno Valley, in a panoramic position that combines the peace and quietness of this place with the possibility of nice trips, thanks to the good roads in the valley that connect Arezzo (20 km) and Firenze (60 km).

This villa is the perfect holiday accommodation for those who wish to avoid the noisy and frenetic modern life. From here you can admire the marvelous view of the Arno valley, where natural beauty remains pure and unspoiled. 

The house has been sensibly and comfortably furnished with period furniture.

The road leading to the villa (approx. 1,5 km) is quite steep in parts, however practicable with any type of car.

The villa is endowed with solar panels which make it independent from traditional energy resources making the most of its ecological value.

GROUND FLOOR: Sitting-dining room with kitchen corner, fireplace, sofa and TV, opening out onto large porch equipped with table and chairs for outdoor meals, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR: with access via internal staircase double bedroom, double bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower.
All the 5 bedrooms and the sitting-dining room are endowed with wall fans.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 180.
Heating Euro 9 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 5 days only, children up to 12 years do not pay.
