 Casale Ivano is a beautiful villa and cottage on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Palazzuolo, with old pine trees that shade the beautiful garden which has lovely views all around. Palazzuolo as it stands today was built in the Middle Ages on Etruscan and Roman ruins, set on the wooded slopes above Monte San Savino it has always been a border post where Arezzo and Siena Provinces meet. Both these famous cities with their historic centers, art treasures, shops and services are a half-hour drive away. Furnishings are of a good standard and comfort.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: kitchen-dining room with fireplace, sitting room looking out onto the garden, large porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
FIRST FLOOR: reachable either by an external stone staircase and small terrace or inside stairs. Sitting-room with fireplace and double sofa bed, double bedroom, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, bathroom with tub.
In the annex a few meters away, are a twin bedroom and a bathroom with small tub. The annex has no heating.

You will find a large, panoramic garden. On hot summer days you can relax on the sun terrace of the private swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.00-1.40 m, completely fenced) and enjoy a refreshing dip. The barbecue in front of the large porch is great for delicious meals with your family or friends, or if you prefer you can enjoy a good Tuscan dinner cooked by one of our chefs. The villa is spacious and well furnished with local antiques.

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.

Obligatory final cleaning Euro 180.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Wood for fireplace Euro 20 each 100 kg (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day applied for the first 5 days only. Children up to 14 years do not pay.
