Casale Lucignano is a lovely villa with annexe and private pool situated only 5 kilometres from the wonderful and unique town of Lucignano, which still maintains its medieval elliptic urban plan.
For its particular architecture and historical characteristics, Casale Lucignano has been nomimated a "National Patrimony" by the Ministry of Cultural and Artistic Heritage. In fact, the villa represents one of the best examples of the local Val di Chiana architecture.
The villa is set in the South area of Tuscany between Florence, Cortona, Siena and Arezzo. It is an ideal location for large groups, up to 18 people, to combine the pleasure of staying together with the passion of discovering new destinations and traditions.
A holiday in Casale Lucignano allow guests visiting many important Tuscans towns, villages and hamlets; tasting many of the most famous good wines and excellent typical dishes of the world; as well as discovering the history of this Country through the many monuments and museums of the region or simply enjoying the good weather and the characteristic Italian “Dolce Far Niente”.
In a part of the annex, with separate entrance, lives the landlord who (on request) can prepare breakfast and typical Tuscan dinners at the villa.
INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: kitchen, dining room, large attractive sitting room with old brick vaulted ceilings and a large fireplace, bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: with access via external staircase, you get access to a typical loggia equipped with table and chairs a sitting-dining room with kitchenette and large fireplace, double bedroom with added single bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with added single bed and bathroom with shower.
From the sitting room on the first floor going up to a wooden staircase you reach the mezzanine where are three single bed.
In front of the villa is the ANNEX (50 m2) comprising on the ground floor double bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom with shower and on the first floor double bedroom with added single bed, kitchenette and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, accessible by an external staircase.
The bedrooms are endowed with ceiling fans with multiple speeds.
