The house is located within a fenced property of about 2 hectares (with meadows, olive groves and a forest of ash, oak and cypress trees); it is comfortably furnished.

A small cottage for 2 people also suitable for people with disabilities is located a few meters from the villa and can be rented together with the main house.

Outside, in front of the main kitchen , there is a picnic area with large table and chairs for alfresco dining . Each room has mosquito nets and ceiling fan . Parking inside the property.
