The property comprises both a large Tuscan stone-built farmhouse and a small guest house; Casale Mila  has been restored and furnished with a high standard  and the interior is particularly spacious and well lighted.

Ground floor: entrance hall, large dining room with fireplace and French doors that open onto the garden, large living room, kitchen, master bedroom with en- suite bathroom and detached.
First floor: living room, bedroom with double bed and en- suite detached, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom and double bedroom which share a bathroom and all rooms on this floor are equipped with air conditioning.

ANNEX - 2 PERSONS
Ground floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom .

Accessories: TV, Wi -Fi ( free), stereo , air conditioning in bedrooms, dishwasher, oven, heating, barbecue.

The price includes: gas. water. electricity, final cleaning, linen and towels with weekly change, maid service of 3 hours a day, 5 days a week .

The price does not include:  any tax to pay on the spot varies from town to town ( details provided on site by the owner) .

On request:  air conditioning, heating, 2 extra bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) are available at an additional cost (prices per week): € 790 (low season); € 950 (medium season); € 990 (high season)

Security deposit: € 1,000.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
