The property is located only 14 km from Florence making it a perfect location, not only for the proximity to the town, but also for exploring the surrounding countryside, and at the same time for relaxing in beautiful and peaceful surroundings.

The house has been recently restored maintaining its charming country style but adding all modern comforts. The garden is accessible from the main entrance and also from a large verandah furnished for outdoor dining. The swimming-pool is located in the higher part of the garden, where is also a changing-room and a shower-room.
