I Lecci dates back to the 17° century and was originally built as a farm manager's house with wine cellars. It has been tastefully converted into a villa with pretty countrystyle bedrooms on different levels and modern bathrooms and kitchen. The result is a farmhouse of a high standard situated on top of a hill, east of Lucca, with magnificent views over the plain below.

The swimming pool is in a breathtaking position about 150 metres from the house. By the side of the pool there is a cabin with kitchenette and bathroom. There is a tennis court on the estate. The house has satellite TV, DVD and hi-fi system. The maid who takes care of the villa is also an excellent cook and, on request, she will cook local dishes for clients. Fattoria Mansi Bernardini office, on the estate, with English speaking staff, is at clients' disposal to give assistance.

Ground Floor:
Large living room with fireplace opening onto the garden; TV room opening onto the garden; small sitting room with fireplace, large kitchen, dining room.

First Floor:
Entrance; double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a bathroom (shower); twin bedroom with bathroom en-suite (bathtub); double bedroom with bathroom (bath and separate shower); laundry room, 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom sharing a bathroom (bath and shower).

Accessories: satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, Internet connection in the information office, heating, tennis court.

OUTDOOR

The pool is in a beautiful location about 150 meters from the house. To the side of the pool there is a cabin with a kitchenette and a bathroom; the property has also a tennis court.
