First floor: 1 double bedroom with additional single bed, 1 bedroom with single bed (and another pull-out), bathroom with shower.

The structure, once an old barn and recently renovated, is next to the owners' villa, who very occasionally will share the use the beautiful swimming pool with the guests (size 6x12 - 2.00m depth); there is also an outside Jacuzzi.
The price includes: water, gas kitchen use, electricity (except air conditioning, heating and use of jacuzzi), bed linen and towels changed weekly, pool towels, Internet WIFI.
The price does not include: air conditioning or heating and use of jacuzzi(on consumption 0,50 Euro/kwh), pets allowed with extra charge €30.00 / animal / week, final cleaning € 60.00.
