In the green hills of the Val di Chio, in a panoramic and sunny position, a short distance from Castiglion Fiorentino, we find Borgo Orzale, a small hamlet where time seems to have stood still. On the outskirts of the hamlet there is a pretty little house with its own entrance on 3 levels and with a double entrance on both the ground and first floor. The town of Castiglion Fiorentino with its shops, restaurants and services of all kinds is 5 km away.

The furnishings of the house are simple and comfortable.

 

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: bathroom with shower and washing machine. 

MEZZANINE FLOOR: with access both from internal or external staircase, there are a living-dining room with kitchen corner and fireplace, and a double bedroom.

FIRST FLOOR: going up an internal staircase you access the first floor where there is a double bedroom

EQUIPMENT: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, hairdryer, Wi-Fi internet connection, barbecue and wood burning oven.

GARDEN AND POOL

About 30 m from the house there is the completely fenced garden (about 1250 m2) where, for the exclusive use of guests, there is a swimming pool (size 5x12 m - depth 1,40 m), a bathroom (washbasin and toilet), an outdoor shower, a large wooden gazebo equipped with table and chairs, a barbecue and a wood oven where you can have fun preparing delicious lunches and dinners.
