La Macchietta is a beautiful independent villa with private pool and garden, situated in a quiet and panoramic position, just a few kilometers from the beautiful town of Orvieto.

The house is furnished in a modern and comfortable way and offers an outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining. The beautiful city of Orvieto, with its Duomo, St. Patrick's Well and many sights is just 6 km away.

INTERIORS

La Macchietta is divided into two wings, suitable for two families who wish to spend the holidays together but at the same time do not want to give up their privacy. The entrance is on a common room with a large dining table and a large french window overlooking the pool and garden.

Ground floor right wing: large bright living room with view over the pool, sofa, fireplace, TV-Sat and dining table, large modern and fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, wood-burning oven, blender); adjacent to the kitchen you will find a large bathroom with shower and a small laundry area.

First floor: up the stairs you reach the first floor which has 2 double bedrooms each with its own private bath and walk-in closet; one of the rooms overlooks the shared terrace with the other wing of the house where you can admire a beautiful panorama that reaches the city of Orvieto.

Ground floor left wing: large modern and fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven) with dining table for 6 people.

First floor: up the stairs you will arrive at a landing where there is a sofa bed (for one person or for 2 children) and a window door from the common terrace with the other wing; there is also a double bedroom with walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower.

Accessories: Internet WIFI, TV-Sat, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, wood-burning oven, blender, American coffee machine, moka, outdoor shower, clothes hanger, fans, 2/3 bicycles, Air condition in the bedrooms upstaris.

OUTSIDE

The house disposes a fully fenced garden with private pool (10x4 m - depths up to 1.40), outdoor shower and relaxation area with chairs and deckchairs. Guests can also eat outside on the large shaded terrace while enjoying the beautiful view.
Parking is located in the property.


The price includes: water, gas, electricity (weekly consumption up to 100kwh), bed linen and athroom towels, pool towels, Internet WIFI, baby bed & high chair (on previous request), garden and pool maintenance.

The price does not include: final cleanings €150.00, electricity above 100kwh € 0,80/kwh, pets €30.00/each/week. Air Condiotion on consumption.
