Guests will admire the green and luxuriant landscape of the surrounding panorama and will enjoy pleasant walks in the open air among the large garden with an illuminated fountain in the centre.

Outside,  the pergola is ideal for alfresco meals or to enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding views. The villa is equipped with accessories to ensure guests a comfortable stay.

INTERIOR
Adapting to the morphology of the soil, the house extends on various levels, which are connected by two internal staircases. From outside the different living levels are reachable even from the garden level.

Ground Floor
The main entrance leads through an archway into the living room with fireplace and satellite TV. The kitchen is located next to it and has a barbecue and wood oven. Two French windows lead from the living area and from the kitchen to the outside portico equipped with table and chairs. 

In front of the entrance, there is a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
On the same floor, guests will find a toilet, a laundry room and a fitness centre with Turkish bath, whirlpool tub, color therapy shower and a well equipped gym.

Upper Floor
A wooden staircase situated in the living room leads to a loft with sofas and from here to a study with two pull-out beds and private bathroom with tub, double bedroom with private bathroom with tub.

From the ground floor a marble staircase leads to the upper floor which is composed by a second living room with satellite TV, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

The living room has two French windows:   one leads to a terrace located at the backside of the house while the other leads, to the upper part of the garden, which is connected via an external staircase to the lower garden area.

EXTERIOR
the property, with an extension of about 3 hectares,  is located in a park mainly dedicated to the cultivation of olive groves. The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sqm garden which is composed by  lawn, stone paths, cypress and olive trees.
There is a charming and illuminated round pool situated between the portico and the swimming pool.
The large portico, paved with terracotta floor and furnished with table and chairs, will be perfect for alfresco meals and is located near the kitchen and the living.

The property is entirely enclosed.

POOL
The beautiful  infinity pool is located about 30 m from the house and can be reached across the lawn or by a flight of steps.
Situated in a wonderful panoramic hill position, it is rectangular in shape and measures 7 x 14 m with a depth varying from 70 cm to 250 cm. The pool is illuminated both inside and outside.
A ladder offers easy access to the pool which has been predisposed as an endless pool. It is lined in PVC with chlorine purification. The shower next to the pool has both hot and cold water.
The solarium area is provided with sun umbrellas and sunbeds for sunbathing .
There is also a warm whirlpool tub next to an attractive waterfall fountain.
