Villa Tartufina is located Cella Monte, a small medieval town perched on one of the many ridges of the territory of Monferrato, in Piedmont region. The villa is a semi detached house with the rectory and is however completely independent. Furnished with elegance and essentiality, it offers unforgettable moments.
INTERIORS
The Villa of 450 square meters is set on two levels in addition to the cellar. The estate opens from the green garden located in front of the entrance of the house that leads directly to the living area equipped with comfortable sofas and the windows of the living room lead to the garden and the pool closed with a gate. On the left you enter the dining room with kitchen, and through a large French door directly to the terrace where guest can easily enjoy a relaxing breakfast.
On the same floor, next to the entrance there is also a bathroom with shower. From the staircase in the dining room you access the mezzanine with TV corner and sofa bed, and from here you continue in the corridor that leads to the sleeping area made of 4 bedrooms: two double bedrooms, with view on the garden and swimming pool and a bedroom with separate twin beds. These three bedrooms share two bathrooms of which one with shower and one with bathtub.
The last bedroom is a large private suite made of double bedroom and a bathroom with tub and shower.

OUTSIDE
The garden, on three sides of the house, measures about 1500 square metres. Climbing down five large steps there is the fenced swimming pool with rectangular shape and chlorine depuration (measures about 4 x 9 metres with a fixed depth of 1.40 metres).
The pool area is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. In front of the “Winter garden room” there is a circular glass table ideal for outdoor lunches or for taking a break drinking a glass of wine.
The price includes: Towels and linen, use of gas for cooking, electricity and water-, free Wifi.
The price does not include: final cleaning €200,00
On request: extra bed (above 8 people): € 50.00 per week per person, heating € 150 per week, wood for fireplace € 50 per week, cot and high chair.
