Mammolo is a comfortable villa with private pool ideal for families as there is a large flat garden surrounded by trees that is completely fenced. The property is located in an extremely convenient position, close by S. Leonardo in Trepozio where travellers can find food shops, restaurants, pizzeria, etc . Furthermore, it is not only in a convenient location for the very close by stores by also only 12km from the city centre of Lucca and at easy reach from the motorway exit.It is possible to reach Florence in less than 50 minutes and both Pisa and the Versilia Coast (with its many sandy beaches) in approximately half an hour. Therefore Mammolo is perfect for clients looking to sightseeing all the main attractions and towns in Tuscany.

The house has been restored in respect to the Tuscan traditions using authentic materials while thinking about the comfort needed by guests. On the first floor there is air-conditioning , where there are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. On the ground floor there is an open space with kitchen, dining area and relax area opening onto a Veranda and a patio with barbecue and pizza oven great for evening meals.

The swimming pool is located 50 metres from the house and next to it there is a lovely gazebo.

On the basement floor, there is a large double bedroom with seating room and bathroom. This bedroom is less bright than the ones on the top floor but it is fresh and it has an independent access from the garden, hence the basement bedroom is ideal for those looking to retain their privacy during their holiday.
