An ancient olive groves surrounding the villa has been completely renovated by the owner and turned into a beautiful house full of charm and style.

The location is ideal for enjoying the tranquility of the countryside and at the same time is near to the famous resorts of Versilia beaches, shopping and nightlife.
Access to the property is via an unpaved road.
