Podere Bonino is a beautiful farmhouse situated in a panoramic position over the green hills covered by vineyards, olive groves and woods, a few kilometres away from Torrita di Siena and Montepulciano. The two Tuscan towns destinations of great artistic, historical, architectural and gastronomic interest, are both worth a careful visit.

Podere Bonino makes the most of a particularly advantageous position which matches the possibility to spend peaceful holidays in the quietness of nature, with the opportunity to reach in a short time the most important artistic and cultural centres of Tuscany and Umbria. The farmhouse is furnished with taste and the equipment (washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, mosquito net etc..) offers a good level of comfort. The owner will cook typical Tuscan dinners on request.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: living-dining room with kitchen corner, open fireplace, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: with entrance through external staircase, composed of kitchen-dining room, two double bedrooms one of which with ensuite bathroom with shower, single bedroom, bathroom with shower. Small panoramic balcony.

EXTERIOR

The villa has a large enclosed and well-equipped garden area. The gazebo with curtains to ensure shade and coolness, the garden furniture, the barbecue and the wood-burning oven will sound like an invitation to spend quality time with your family. During dinners and barbecues, obviously accompanied by a bottle of Nobile di Montepulciano wine.
The garden and the private swimming pool, also fenced (size 6x12 m, depth 1.20-1.80 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), will be the place for endless games with your children and also with your pets, small size dogs are welcome. 

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Private pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09.
Bed linen and bathroom towels.
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 160.
Small size pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 1 per person per day, children up to 12 years do not pay

Arrival: in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. -
