Podere di Poppi is a charming small hamlet, recently renovated and located on a hill nestled among  a wide  private fenced property.

The hamlet, which offers splendid views, is set upon the hills overlooking the plain that surrounds the town of Poppi, in the heart of the Casentino Valley.

Walking through the small hamlet,  guests will find accommodation for a total of 22 sleeps in the 4 apartments that compose Podere di Poppi.

This beautiful property  is an ancient farm complex recently renovated  with four apartments of various sizes.   Each apartment, each with its own entrance, has been renovated with meticulous attention to each single detail using only environmentally friendly materials of the Tuscan tradition: wood, stone, brick and wrought iron.

The rooms are all painted with natural pigments and lime. All apartments have spacious rooms with bathroom, large living room and outdoor courtyards. Guests have access to a stone common room equipped with a beautiful steel industrial kitchen, tables and chairs.

Podere di Poppi is the ideal destination for groups of friends who want to spend all together a wonderful holiday in Tuscany  while keeping intact their privacy

INTERIOR

Podere di Poppi is composed of four large and comfortable apartments

Archi – 6 pax – 100 mq
The apartment has a large living room with kitchen, 1 double room, 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and equipped courtyard

Padronale – 4 pax – 70 mq
Apartment consists of kitchen with fireplace, living room, one double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom 1 bathroom

Stalla – 8 pax - 118 mq
Apartment with kitchen, two double bedrooms, a master bedroom with a loft with two single beds, three bathrooms. The outdoor courtyard at the front of the apartment is furnished with table and chairs.

Forno – 9 pax – 160 mq
Spacious apartment with kitchen and fireplace, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a triple bedroom with double bed and single bed, three bathrooms and a private courtyard.

OUTDOOR

The garden of  Podere di Poppi is fully fenced and well kept.    There are numerous fruit trees such as cherry, apple, plum and olive trees. ...  The park is bordered by 55 acres of farmland owned by the same farm, which are planted with corn, wheat and barley.

The property also features an outdoor swimming pool (14x6) with sun loungers and parasols as well as a beautiful common room where guests can cook together and eat outside during the warmer season.

There is also a barbecue outside and an old wood stove at guests’ disposal.

The price includes: electricity, water, gas for cooking, weekly linen change,  internet wi-fi access, use of swimming pool, pool and garden maintenance

The price does not include: final cleaning 20,- Euro/person with a minimum of 440,00 Euro, Pet* € 40,00 / week,  eventual Tourist Tax where applicable  (further details on arrival)

On request: heating on consumption 6,- Euro/cubicmeter, extra linen change (€ 12 / person), extra claeaning 25,- Euro/hour/cleaner,  pool towels (€ 5 each),max.  5 additional beds for kids up to 12 years, 150,00 Euro for each extra bed per week, baby bed 20,-Euro/week
