Podere La Collina is a beautiful property, situated in a wonderful panoramic position, located on two levels with a third party indicated that the tower located near the lovely medieval town of Cetona, about an hour from cities such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo , Perugia, Assisi, Rome.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: access to a large living room (60 sqm) with fireplace, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.
On the ground floor , with separate entrance from the outside, there is a large room of more than 80 square meters ideal for dinners, lunches and breakfasts;  from this room access to a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.

FIRST FLOOR: with access via an external staircase , there are four double bedrooms and one twin room all of them with bathroom (one with bathtub and four with shower ) and some living areas with fireplace.

A spiral staircase  leads to  the upper floor with one double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.  Here,  guests can enjoy a wonderful view over the countryside.

The pool measures 14 x 7 m and is 1.50 m deep. It is situated in a panoramic position and equipped with sun umbrellas and sun beds.
