Podere La Collina is a beautiful property, situated in a wonderful panoramic position, located on two levels with a third party indicated that the tower located near the lovely medieval town of Cetona, about an hour from cities such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo , Perugia, Assisi, Rome.

Near the property there are fascinating and romantic places to visit where you can spend unforgettable evenings in typical restaurants and bars in the area. Podere La Collina is a great place for large groups who want to share a holiday and at the same time, maintain their privacy.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: access to a large living room (60 sqm) with fireplace, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.
On the ground floor , with separate entrance from the outside, there is a large room of more than 80 square meters ideal for dinners, lunches and breakfasts;  from this room access to a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.

FIRST FLOOR: with access via an external staircase , there are four double bedrooms and one twin room all of them with bathroom (one with bathtub and four with shower ) and some living areas with fireplace.

A spiral staircase  leads to  the upper floor with one double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.  Here,  guests can enjoy a wonderful view over the countryside.

OUTDOOR
The property is surrounded by a large park of about 5,000 square meters from which to enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding hills to spend days and unforgettable nights . At the entrance of the great hall there is a porch with tables and chairs, ideal for eating outdoor. Covered parking.

The pool measures 14 x 7 m and is 1.50 m deep. It is situated in a panoramic position and equipped with sun umbrellas and sun beds.

THE PRICE INCLUDES: electricity, water, cooking gas, 1 baby cot & high chair (on previous request), bed linen and towels with weekly change, kitchen towels, pool towels, final cleaning, internet Wi-Fi, pool and garden maintenance, use of pool from End of April to 1. October.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: eventual tourist tax regarding the local legislation (community-dependent, details on arrival from the owner, approx. 1 Euro/person over 12 years/night)
