Podere Lavanda is a prestigious villa with swimming pool located on the ridge of a hill in the heart of the Etruscan coast, just a few kilometres away from the sea as well as many famous towns such as Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Volterra and San Gimignano.

The villa has been finely restored a few years ago respecting the typical Tuscan style and offers hospitality for stays in complete tranquillity. It offers a total of 10 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom and a "turret" with two single sofabeds and a small bathroom with shower, for a total of 22 effective beds.   
This villa is ideal to spend unforgettable and pleasant evenings with friends and family.

All the rooms on the ground floor and a bedroom of the smallest apartment access the garden surrounding the house.

Podere Lavanda together with two other splendid villas, Podere Rosmarino and Podere Salvia, are the pefect solution for holidays, family gatherings, various events such as weddings with the possibility to host the bride e groom and their families and guests, private parties in the countryside, communions, confirmations, christenings, birthdays, stag and hen parties, all… those occasions where it is necessary to bring together your closest friends.

The three villas, all independent and with private swimming pool, are located in a unique panoramic hillside position with a Mediterranean climate all year round. Being close to each other, they offer a total of 27 sleeps
