Villa Agua is a beautiful property located only 30 meters from the beach and the calm water on the Troia peninsula. The peninsula is situated approximately 45 minutes from Lisbon and is surrounded by three natural parks and long sandy beaches. 

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to eleven people and is a perfect choice for those seeking relaxation at an exclusive resort in Portugal. 

Guests also have access to a private tennis court and two kayaks. Within a distance of five kilometers from the house there is a golf course, spa, playground, supermarket, bars, restaurants and a casino.

INTERIOR

On the ground floor of the modern villa there is an open space with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with connection to the terrace. There is also a living room with a pool table, a toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. 

The upper floor consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower, and a balcony. 
Three of the bedrooms have a double bed and in the fourth bedroom there is a bunk bed with with room for three people.
