Villa Ariel is a modern villa with stunning views of the Dalmatian coast. The house is located about 15 kilometers from Split and the nearest beach is just a few hundred meters away.
With four bedrooms and an extra bed, the villa sleeps up to ten people and is perfect for families and friends who want to enjoy a well-equipped holiday home in close proximity to the sea.
INTERIORS
The villa has a basement consisting of a well-equipped gym. Upstairs, on the ground floor, there is a kitchen and a living room with a pool table and sliding door that opens up to a small terrace with a ping pong table. There is also a bedroom with three single beds and a private bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom as well as a guest toilet with washing machine.
On the second floor you will find a second kitchen with dining area, a living room with a huge sofa, a guest toilet and two double bedrooms with private bathrooms. In the larger double room there is also a sofa bed that can serve as an extra bed if needed.

OUTDOOR
From the kitchen on the ground floor you reach the lovely pool terrace with a private pool, sun beds and lounge furniture. The heated pool measures 9x4 meters and is 1.4 meters deep. A staircase leads down from the pool terrace to a playground with slide and a barbecue area with a dining table. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive trees and grape vine plants.
In front of the villa there is a parking space for up to three cars. The beach is within walking distance and here you will find restaurants and bars. Krka National Park and the cities of Omis, Trogir, Baska Voda and Makarska are all located within an hour's drive.
