Villa Capolina is a beautiful villa situated in the surroundings of Arezzo in an ancient village dating back to the 12th century. The villa has a large garden fully enclosed and has a beautiful private pool . The property has been completely renovated and converted into a country house comfortably furnished and surrounded by wide open spaces equipped with hammock, tables and comfortable armchairs.

The beautiful city of Arezzo is 17 km away and easily reached by train via a small local train line that runs about 80 meters from the house. The rent of the property comprises the whole main villa ( which can accommodate 14 people) , an apartment accessible from the courtyard of the villa ( which can accommodate 4 people) and a nice common area consists of two large halls , one of which has a fireplace and the other with pellet stove and a ping pong table , a kitchen and a toilet.

This property lends itself very well to the rent for large groups ( maximum 18 people) with its wide open spaces , the large rooms of the villa and the common area.

On request: baby bed available free of charge, maid service available at a cost of € 12.00 per hour, ability to organize Tuscan dinners , extra bed : € 50.00 per week , heating consumption , wood and pellet free .
