Villa Cappuccetto is a wonderful villa situated only 1 km outside the medieval village of Castiglion Fiorentino, reachable with a short walk, endowed with shops, cafés and restaurants.

Villa Cappuccini is the perfect union between modern and classic style, which well mixed make the villa extremely welcoming and charming, almost every room is characterized by handmade paintings and antique furniture. The presence of two kitchens makes the villa very flexible to the needs of several families and groups of friends, who can also organize fun tournaments at the table tennis.

At the edge of the garden, protected by a high hedge, is the house where lives the owner who, with his discreet presence, will be a point of reference for any needs or information.

Breakage deposit Euro 500 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.

Pets allowed on payment of Euro 5 each per day (small size only).
