The villa has been renovated with great care and refined taste offering guests all the comforts and a private swimming pool that can be heated upon request.

Its original character and natural outdoor environment have been maintained by combining comfortable and elegant furnishings with beautiful tiled floors, stone walls and vaulted ceilings.

INTERIOR

Ground floor: one double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and direct access from the garden, a very well equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living area with sofa and flat-screen TV, a laundry room and a guest toilet. The dining room and the living room both overlook the covered porch with a dining table. The kitchen is particular and typically Tuscan with an integrated fireplace in the hob. In the dining room, the majolica wood stove heats the room and the atmosphere.

First floor: two bedrooms with double bed each with private bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
