Villa Cerreti is a lovely brick farmhouse situated in the countryside a few minutes away from Montepulciano.

Montepulciano is an ancient hill town, which dominates the surrounding valleys of the Val d’Orcia and the Val di Chiana.  The old village offers many interesting attractions such as visiting tje several old buildings dating from the Renaissance or enjoyings tastings of the worldwide well-known red wine NOBILE DI MONTEPULCIANO.

The holiday house I Cerretini is located just outside the little village of Valiano, reachable also on foot and endowed with bar and little shops for basic food.

The house is simply furnished but equipped with all comfort to guarantee a delightful holiday.            

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: sitting/dining room with kitchenette, sitting room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: reached by an external stone staircase. Large airy sitting/dining room with kitchenette, fireplace and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. Outside the sitting room is a sunny terrace equipped with table and chairs.

OUTDOOR

The house has a large and panoramic garden in, a beautiful fenced pool (size m. 6x12, depth m. 1.60 - open from 01st May to 30th September), a gazebo equipped with tables and chairs, barbecue, volleyball court, table tennis, swing and some shaded parking spaces. In our opinion, because of the large spaces and the available facilities it is the ideal house for groups with children. A breathtaking view for adults and a swimming pool, games and plenty of space for your children. Your beloved pets will also love the location.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 100.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 per 100 kg (if used).
Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, children up to 14 years do not pay.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 2 each.

Arrival: in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
