Villa Cila is an ancient farmhouse of peasant origins, situated on the top a small hill in the heart of Valdichiana, at approx. 4 km from Castiglion Fiorentino, characteristic village with all kind of shop, restaurants and facilities.

A recent and careful restoration, carried out under the watchful guidance of the owner, in absolute respect of the old origins of the building, has turned it into a beautiful holiday villa, maintaining its terracotta tiles floors and high ceilings with wooden beams, all coordinated with quality and comfortable furniture which tones in with the style of the house.

In ancient times the Valdichiana was a marsh and just before the land reclamation, its water lapped the property lands and a boats pier was only a stone's throw from the house.

Today the villa is part of a wide farm which includes vineyards, grain growing, barnyard animals, honeybees and beautiful horses. Only 1 km far, at the owners house it is possible to have use of the paddock and stable to keep your own horses (service on payment).

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: sitting room with large fireplace, double sofa bed and piano, small bathroom with washbasin and toilette, going up a step access to the living-dining room, connecting arch in brick to the kitchen, facing the porch equipped with table and chairs.
FIRST FLOOR: with access both through internal wooden staircase or external stone staircase with typical loggia, wide sitting-living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, wide bathroom with crystal shower.

EXTERIOR

The large green space around the villa, completely fenced with metallic net of 1,80 mt and shaded by forest trees, comprises the lovely infinity swimming pool (size m 6x12, depth m 1,35), the bicycles, the porch equipped with garden furniture, the barbecue, a small children playground and a path into the wood (approx. 500 m) where you could take relaxing walks, or have picnics or afternoon snack 'al fresco'.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 250 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 140. 
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Pets allowed on payment of Euro 5 each per day and includes also a kennel, bowls for water and food and a pet toy.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
Tourist Tax Euro 2 per person per day, applied for the first 7 days only, children up to 14 years do not pay.
