This beautiful villa offers a charming panorama over this exclusive landscape and permits to easily reach all the places that are featuring the historical, natural and gastronomical characteristics of this wonderful locality in Tuscany.

Villa Crispino guarantees privacy and comfort as well as a wonderful pool where you can enjoy precious moments of relax with friends and family, a large garden with a barbecue area that will make unique your holiday during the spring and the summer periods as well as a beautiful fireplace that will make the ambience warmer and comfortable in the colder periods. Its dominating position, overlooking the Val di Chiana, is not far from the town of Civitella.
The villa itself has been recently refurbished however, it still holds its original character such as terracotta floors, wooden beams and stone arches.
Villa Crispino is perfectly positioned for anyone hoping to visit Tuscany’s famous sites. About 20 km from the property, in the town of Arezzo, you can catch a train to destinations such as Rome, Florence, Orvieto and Siena.

Access to the property is via a dirt road (in great condition).
