Villa del Giotto is located in a hilly position 2 km from the characteristic town of Castiglion Fiorentino and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves: a beautiful location where you can spend comfortable and relaxing holidays.
The villa has just been restored using all natural and local materials: such as travertine, terracotta, wood and lime plaster. Since no chemicals were used in the restoration, guests will have the opportunity to spend a period of purification and in contact with nature.

About 800 m. away there is a private tennis court (size 18X36 m.) to be used in common with the guests of three other villas: VILLA OLIVETO, COLLE FIORITO and CASALE LIGNANO.

Villa  del Giotto is tastefully furnished with local antiques. Modern and comfortable, it maintains at the same time all the salient features of the traditional Tuscan farmhouse, guaranteeing, with the countless facilities, a high level of comfort. 

The ground floor and the swimming pool are wheelchair accessible.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: entrance on living-dining room with kitchenette, fireplace, sofas and TV, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with added single bed and private bathroom with shower accessible for disabled. The living room overlooks the porch equipped with table benches and barbecue.
FIRST FLOOR: with access both by internal and external staircase with panoramic loggia, double bedroom with added single bed and private bathroom with shower, double bedroom with private balcony and bathroom with shower.
ATTIC:  Double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

All around the villa there is a large fenced garden of about 3,000 square metres where your pets can run freely. On the side of the villa there is a beautiful fenced in infinity pool (size 6 x 12 m - depth 1.40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) with a hydro-massage corner, equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and beach umbrellas, a porch with table and benches and a wood-burning oven and barbecue where you can cook and enjoy pizzas, roasts and grilling with your family and friends.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 400 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Air conditioning Euro 1 per Kwh (if used).
Heating Euro 9 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 10 each per day and includes also a kennel, bowls for water and food and a pet toy.
Swimming towels available on request Euro 4 each.
Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 7 days only, children up to 14 years do not pay.
