GROUND FLOOR: entrance through a large arched glass door onto the bright living room with sofas, fireplace and Smart TV with satellite TV, dining room with table and chairs and kitchen with direct access to the garden, fully equipped, a small utility room with washing machine, n.1 double bedroom with direct access to the garden an a Jacuzzi bathtub in the bedroom, n.1 bathroom with shower.

FIRST FLOOR: from the living room a splendid stone staircase leads to the sleeping area composed of 3 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a single bedroom (with a 140cm wide bed), 2 bathrooms with shower
