Villa Fabi is a beautiful property created from the restoration of an ancient farmhouse situated in a quiet, panoramic and dominant in the Umbrian countryside, 25 kilometers from the town of Orvieto. Inside the property there is also a manor house used by the owner. Villa Fabi consists of 2 units that are rented together, spaced about 10 meters apart.
The property also offers a large terraced garden with various pergolas, 5 barbecue, a children's area and a nice fenced pool is available to guests and the owner (if present). The area reserved for guests ensures confidentiality and privacy and allows you to spend a relaxing holiday immersed in the tranquility of the Umbrian countryside.

From the ground floor there is access to an outdoor area with gazebo, table , chairs and barbecue.
First floor: first floor there are two apartments placed in communication with each other via an internal door , composed of : living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchen corner (oven), access to a covered terrace that overlooks the garden , master bedroom with private bathroom with shower , bedroom with a single bed , a second living room with fireplace , dining area with kitchen corner (oven ), double bedroom , bathroom with shower.
ANNEX independent at about 10 meters from the main villa.
Ground floor: small living room with wood burning stove , kitchen with access onto a covered terrace with barbecue.
First floor: double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub.

The price does not include: final cleaning € 100.00 , any tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality ( details provided on site by the owner) .
On request: heating: € 20.00 per day , a baby bed available at € 30.00 per week , extra bed available at € 70.00 per week , cleaning service ( € 12.00 per hour) , it is also possible to organize lunches and dinners. The guests of Villa Fabi can buy the oil produced by the owners on the farm.
Security deposit : € 300.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
