Villa Falcone is a very nice hill-top villa with private pool overlooking Chiusi's Lake,  a small and shallow but rich in fauna, while its reeds are home to an incredible number of nesting birds. 

This villa (600 m²) is indicated for a large group up to 16 people.

The location is central and very strategic, giving guests the possibility to reach hundreds of beautiful towns and villages. 

Villa Falcone is an ideal base for unforgettable day trips:

About 10 Km away from the villa, the ancient Etruscan town of Chiusi sits on an outcrop of volcanic rock covered in olive groves and pitted with Etruscan tombs many of which can be easily visited. In the surrounding area,  there are also many interesting remains of the Etruscan civilization which reached its maximum splendour between the 6th and 4th Centuries BC.  A little further away is Castiglion del Lago, the largest town on the shores of Trasimeno Lake; its walls overlook the beaches of this lovely lake.  

Downhill there is the railway line leading Chiusi to the Centre of Italy. On request the owner can prepare typical Tuscan meals.

GROUND FLOOR: kitchen with fireplace, wood-burning stove and wood-burning oven, large and beautiful living room with fireplace, dining room overlooking the veranda in front of the pool, twin bedroom (joinable) with en-suite bathroom with bath (down two steps), double bedroom with additional single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower accessible by wheelchair, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, service bathroom (washbasin and WC), laundry room and garage.
FIRST FLOOR: with access via bright internal staircase, panoramic living room, double bedroom with large windows overlooking Lake Chiusi, dressing room with single sofa bed, large bathroom with tub and shower, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.
From the living room, up a beautiful stone staircase you reach the attic where there is a large living room and a double bedroom with private bathroom with tub.

OUTDOOR

It won't be difficult to make families with children or groups of friends happy in such a beautiful location, combining interesting day trips with relaxing days around the large private swimming pool (size m. 6x12, depth m. 1.00-1.60 - open from 01st May to 30th September) with solarium equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Also next to the swimming pool there are Jacuzzi and Sauna (available on request at an extra charge).

Villa Falchi is an ideal base for unforgettable day trips: many important and interesting historical centres are in the surroundings like Cetona, San Casciano dei Bagni with its Spa, Chiusi and all the hamlets of Trasimeno Lakes as well as important and beautiful cities like Cortona, Montepulciano or Siena. The area is also served form the railway station of Chiusi Scalo from where you can take trains to the main cities like Florence or Rome.
