Located on the south-east hills of Lucca, Villa Fanny is the ideal accomodation for a family summer holiday. A panoramic terrace in front of the house was designed to be an open living area during the day and an inviting place to eat outside in the evening. The structure of the house consists of three different levels which allow two families to spend their holidays together, while maintaining their own privacy.

The center of Lucca and the main attractions of Tuscany are easily reachable thanks to the strategic location of the villa. For any assistance, customers can get information from the owners who live on the same estate. They share the area of ​​the entrance gate and parking for guests of Villa Fanny.

INTERIOR

Ground Floor: Entrance hall, kitchen/dining room which overlooks the garden and a furnished terrace for eating outside, lounge, bathroom with shower.

First floor: 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bath, one with only shower ) .

Second floor : Double bedroom , double bedroom, bathroom with shower, lounge with stairs leading to a small terrace on the roof.
