Villa Ferretta is an ancient villa finely restored, which has 3 floors of about approximately 600 square meters of space. The property covers about 10 acres of a beautiful hill which alternates the olive grove, the garden, the orchard and the mixed forest with trails. From the gate a long road (illuminated) with white gravel leads to the villa, entirely surrounded by stone walls and in dominant position over all the Valdinievole with a fantastic 360° view.

There are 11 rooms with bath for guests, very beautiful, comfortable and with excellent views. Furnished in rustic Tuscan style and tastefully decorated, they are equipped with satellite television, blackout drapes, air conditioning / heating. The bathrooms all have shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, window, shower alarm connected to the bar area of ​​the entrance room, hair dryer. It can accommodate about 20 people. Ability to add cots (maximum 5) for children under 3 years.

Downstairs: large lounge area with fireplace and small bar area, service bathrooms, reading room, three rooms of eviction for internal use (not open to guests).

Ground floor: dining room with satellite TV, DVD, VCR, CD stereo, wireless internet, reception room wit bar corner, semi-professional kitchen with double appliances, 4 bedrooms with bathroom and 1 quad, 2 doubles and 1 single with a double bed. Two of these rooms have outside access.

First floor: 7 bedrooms with bathrooms including 5 double rooms (4 with double bed and 1 twin with joinable beds) and 2 attic rooms for teens and children each with two joinable single beds.
