Villa Foscola is a beautiful house situated on the slopes of one of the hills which face the Senese Valdichiana, which has been carefully restored. It takes advantage of a panoramic and quiet position, very close to Lucignano, a village in Southern Tuscany which represents one of the most extraordinary examples of medieval town-planning.

Its fortunate geographic setting in a dominant position in the Valdichiana between Siena and Arezzo has made it strategically important through the centuries. It was a medieval castle fiercely contested by surrounding territories.

This beautiful villa is immersed in typical Tuscan countryside amongst cultivated fields, vineyards, olive groves and woods.

Close by the villa with independent entrance is the owner’s house, who is completely at guests’ disposal, should they require any assistance during their stay. The furnishings are comfortable and of good standard.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: Large portico furnished with table and chairs and table football, kitchen/dining room with fireplace, bathroom with shower and large living/dining room with fire place and double sofa bed. The living room give access to the wide terrace in front of the pool.
 

FIRST FLOOR: with access via internal staircase, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath, courtesy bathroom (washbasin and toilet).

EXTERIOR

Behind the villa, in a sunny and panoramic position, there is a swimming pool size 6x12 m (depth 0,90-1,60 m) for the exclusive use of the guests. Its particular shape, the wide solarium and the equipped pergola will assure you wonderful days spent in total relax. Under the large porch, perfect for sitting down to dinner all together, there is also a football table sure fun for all ages.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:

Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash at the arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 120.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).  

Arrival: in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

 Departure: in the morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
