Villa Icaro is a beautiful new and totally restored six bedroom villa, with private pool and gorgeous sea views some 10 kilometer east of Rethymno next to the beach and in short walking distance to taverns and supermarkets.

The villa is spacious, in a size of 400 sqm and has an unique style.

INDOOR

Entering the house there is a large hall way with impressive high ceilings. On the left is the living area with a comfortable modern sofa and a TV. Next to it there is the dining area.

Further on there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a direct access to a large covered patio, where you can relax and enjoy your drink or lunch or read your book. On the ground level there are two air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite facilities (shower/wc) .

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where are four more bedrooms. The master bedroom with a large double bed and ensuite bath/wc with jacuzzi, a twin bedroom with ensuite shower/wc and two more bedrooms with two single beds each that can join to a double bed also with ensuite facilities each.
The bedrooms are air conditioned and have access to a large balcony with great views to the sea and the sandy beach infront.
