The newly built Villa Katarina is set in a beautiful and remote location outside Milna, on the island of Brac. The villa, accessible only via a small gravel road, is surrounded by nature and is only a couple of minutes walk away from the sea.
With modern facilities and four bedrooms, this lovely home can accommodate up to 8 people.
INDOOR
On the ground floor of the house is an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa and TV. Patio doors lead out onto a furnished terrace. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with a washing machine.
A staircase leads up to the second floor that consists of three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms have access to a shared balcony. Additional two guests can sleep on two foldable beds, each sized 75 x 180 cm.

OUTDOOR
On the covered terrace with stone pillars outside the house is a dining table with chairs. The garden features a stone grill, a private pool, sun loungers and parasols.
The villa also offers parking spaces for up to 4 cars.
Local restaurants and food shops can be found in Milna town center, which is approximately 2.5 kilometers from the house. The nearest beach of rocks and pebbles is only 150 meters away. Please note that the gravel and dirt road to the house is not adapted for lower cars or sport cars.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, final cleaning, tourist tax, pool and garden maintenance.
