Framed by the beauty of nature and the quiet of the countryside, VILLA LA LAMA is a splendid property situated in a panoramic position where guests can discover the countless beauties of the region and its food and wine specialities.
The villa, with private swimming pool for exclusive use, is located in Località Meliciano just 3 km from Castiglion Fibocchi in the province of Arezzo, a splendid and peaceful town in the heart of Tuscany.
Sports lovers can go for walks, trekking or mountain bike trails in the surroundings of the property. While history and art enthusiasts will be able to admire, just a few kilometers away, the famous Buriano Bridge which, according to researchers and scholars, would be reproduced in the famous painting of La Gioconda by Leonardo da Vinci.
The city of Arezzo is located about 12 km away and offers countless folkloristic and cultural events throughout the year, including the Giostra del Saracino which animates the city twice a year in June and September and the Antiques Fair, on the first Sunday and the Saturday before each month
At your disposal, you will find in the property a beautiful private swimming pool measuring 6x12m (from 1.20m – 1.50m) where you can cool off on hot summer days or simply sunbathe by the pool.
Guests can also take advantage of the riding service, managed by the owner who offers riding lessons for adults and children aged 7 and over.
Not far from the villa is the famous LA VIALLA farm which awaits you for snacks and lunches (reservation required) and with its shop for the purchase of all LA VIALLA products.

INTERIOR

The rooms are furnished in a classic-rustic style with wooden and wrought iron furniture.
Entrance into a bright dining room, professional kitchen, living room with TV and karaoke system, service bathroom.
A staircase leads to the first floor where we find 3 double bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms each with a third bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and air conditioning.

On the first floor there is a private apartment which shares the main entrance and the stairs to the first floor with the guests. This apartment can be used by 2 people who will be very discreet but have to use the stairs to get to the first floor in their apartment, for summer use.

Every day you can choose to do something different, relax in the panoramic garden, take a dip in the swimming pool (dimensions 6x12 m, depth 1.20-1.50 m, fenced), take walks in the most beautiful Tuscan countryside, trips to horse or bicycle and much more. After having dined in the gazebo next to the swimming pool you will be delighted by the sunset, which offers different lights and colors every day.
