Villa La Pieve is a comfortable villa set in a very panoramic spot on the hills of North-West Lucca . It is located on a large estate producing local red and white wine, honey, pasta and extra virgin olive oil. Guests staying here can organise a complimentary wine tasting and a tour of the estate vineyard as well as purchasing products at the estate office. Stunning views of the surrounding countryside with olive groves and fruit trees can be enjoyed by travellers, especially by the private swimming pool where travellers can admire the views on the surrounding countryside.

This property has been restored thinking everything required by travellers to enjoy their holidays such as air-conditioning in the bedrooms on the first floor , ceiling fans, satellite TV, wi-fi and a well-equipped kitchen. Furthermore, in order to make the house ideal for families travelling with young children , the swimming pool (11 x 5 mt) has been totally fenced.
The attractive interiors testify the Tuscan tradition through beamed ceilings and cotto floors, and the welcoming furniture inspires overall a feeling of sober elegance and warm décor.

Villa La Pieve can host up to 10 guests; there are five bedrooms all with their private bathroom. The accommodation is split into two units, four bedrooms are in the main house (one on the ground floor and the others on the first floor) and one bedroom is on the first floor of the dependance. Each unit opens onto the large and fenced garden, with a lovely pergola ideal for outdoor meals. The dependence also benefits of a beautiful built-in barbecue which is particularly loved by travelers during summer evenings. Enchanting views over the valley, the vineyards and forested slopes complete a truly delightful stay.

The position of the house is perfect for travelers looking to explore this part of the Tuscan region . Lucca is only 5 km away, the Versilia coast is a short drive away (Viareggio is 28 km away), and guests can easily reach Florence, Pisa and many other attractions.

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.

Check-in: saturday from 16.00 to 19.00

Check-out: saturday within 10.00am

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).
