The ground floor consists of a modern kitchen, a living room and a dining room. One bedroom with a large double bed and a private bathroom is also on this floor. Upstairs there are the three remaining bedrooms.
Two of these bedrooms have a double beds, and one has two single beds. One bedroom has a private bathroom, while the other two share one bathroom with tub and shower.

OUTDOOR
Next to the house is a terrace with dining table and a gas barbecue. On the lawn is a beautiful swimming pool, lined with lovely lounge furniture and sun loungers.
The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and there are restaurants and small shops within less than ten minutes walking distance.
POOL: Width (4m); Length (11m) - With salt water system. The pool is heated from June to September, max 25 degrees Celsius. It can be heated in April, May, and October as well at an additional cost.
