Villa Le Crete is a charming detached villa with large garden, private pool and indoor spa. The house is located in the rolling Tuscan hills, a short distance from Buonconvento, about 30 km south of Siena. Impeccably furnished, the villa offers spacious interiors and is surrounded by a wide garden .The property consists in the main house and an annex (only a few meters from the villa).

Ground floor: living room with fireplace , dining room , fully equipped kitchen , laundry room with washing machine, large suite with king bed , sitting area with sofa bed and a large bathroom with tub and shower, suite with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, large living room (satellite TV) with pool table, hot tub ( for 4/6 persons) and sauna , dressing room and bathroom with shower. The rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the outside and are equipped with air conditioning.
First floor ( access from outside) : large kitchen with fireplace, living room (satellite TV) with fireplace, dining room, 4 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower  (in each of these rooms you can split the double bed in two single beds) , laundry with washing machine, large double bedroom ( separated into 2 single beds upon request ) with large private bathroom with tub and shower, double bedroom ( separated into 2 single beds upon request ) with large private bathroom with shower.

Villa Le Crete offers a large garden with private swimming pool (12 x 6 m - maximum depth 1,5 m - depth 1,2 m - open from 01 /05 to 31/10 ), barbecue, ping pong table , covered terrace and equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Inside the main house was converted into a wellness area with a pool table, hot tub for 4/6 persons , sauna. Connecting to the Internet via Wi-Fi available ( free of charge) .
The parking lot is located in the property.

The price includes: electricity, water, gas, baby bed available, internet, Maid service 3 hours per day, 6 days per week (towel change is offered halfway through the week). Pool towels provided free of charge at arrival (only 1 towel per person). Welcome pack at arrival with wine, pasta, bread, cured meats and cheese (for weekly stays only). Baby bed available. Guests can use products from the organic garden and chicken coop according to availability.
The price does not include: final cleaning € 400.00 , any tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality ( details provided on site by the owner) .
On request: the spa ( hot tub and sauna ) and the air conditioning or heating can be used to off costs of € 75, - per day ( payable locally ) .
Security deposit: € 1,000.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
