This typical 18th century Tuscan villa with private pool is part of a renowned wine and olive oil estate in Lucca. It is part of an ancient borgo (hamlet) with old country houses, wine cellars and an olive oil mill. It is the perfect property for those looking to relax and enjoy the countryside while being able to explore Tuscany and its many attractions. It is located close to the village of Segromigno where guests can find some shops as well as restaurants and only 15 minutes away from the Pinocchio park hence ideal for families travelling with children. Nearby, are the “Grotte Giusti Terme”, a health spa and beauty centre, where guests staying at Fubbiano will have special terms.

Villa Le Grotte sleeps up to 12 people : there are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. On the first floor there are four bedrooms with private bathroom while on the second floor there are two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
The garden is very well kept and beyond the formal gardens and terraces, there is a small oak wood with a shady path leading to an ancient fountain. The large swimming pool (15x7m) is set in a panoramic position overlooking the plain of Lucca and there is a large dining table in front of the villa for al fresco dining.

The English Speaking management is available for assistance and can arrange guided tours in the surrounding areas. Cooking services can be organised at extra cost.

Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
