Villa Lea is a wonderful old villa dating back to the early 1900's surrounded by a large garden of over 1 hectare situated in the hills of Umbria, about 13 km from the city of Perugia.

The villa is very big and offers plenty of communal spaces like a beautiful library with a piano and a meeting room (available for business meetings). The villa is set in a beautiful park and features a private pool and an outbuilding equipped with kitchen, fireplace, 2 toilets, kitchen and pergola.

The house is spread over 3 floors connected by an elevator. 

INTERIOR

Ground floor: large living-room with fireplace, dining-room, spacious kitchen with fireplace, barbecue, bread oven, oven, dishwasher and access to small room with fridge.
2 steps lower (from the living-room): toilet, reception area with entrance from the outside and access on to a charming small private chapel and to a meeting room with satellite TV.

First floor: large living area with a beautiful library, fireplace, grand piano and terrace, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, 2 double bedrooms with small living area and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, laundry, toilet.

The price does not include:  electricity, final cleaning € 200,00, possible tourist tax to be paid locally (price depending on each municipality).

On request:  heating according to consumption, baby bed, maid service (€ 20.00 per hour) 

 

Security deposit:  € 400.00 deposit in cash (to be handed over on arrival)

Animals:  not allowed
