Villa Ortensia is a typical Tuscan stone villa, renovated while preserving the farmers houses characteristics: open large fireplaces, wooden beams and terracotta floors. The style furniture, the ancient pottery and the local antiques give the villa a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The modern facilities (Wi-Fi access, dishwasher, Satellite TV, mosquito screens) guarantee a cozy and relaxing stay. 

The nearby town of Monte San Savino offers typical restaurants and all kind of shops and hosts, throughout the year, festivals and folklore events. Next to the villa the owners stables and paddock, where you can admire the beautiful thoroughbred foals, train with their riders in show jumping.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: entrance through terrace furnished with table and chairs for outdoor meals, on a living room with fireplace, kitchen, wide living-dining room with fireplace, sitting room with sofas and TV, small bathroom (WC, washbasin and bidet).
FIRST FLOOR: with entrance through internal stone staircase, bathroom with bath, bathroom with shower, wide living room with fireplace and sofas, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms.
Possibility to add two single beds on the first floor living room.

EQUIPMENT: fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet access, high chair, mosquito screens on the windows, washing machine, fans (4), hairdryers (2), barbecue.

 

OUTSIDE

The wide outdoor areas with view on the sweet hills covered with vineyards and orchards, and the beautiful swimming pool (size m. 8x14) at clients full disposal, allow to relax admiring the beauty of the Tuscan landscape.

Wi-Fi Internet access.
Property cleaned and supplied  with bed linen and bathroom towels with weekly change.
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.
Electricity, hot and cold water.
Small size pets are welcome.

The price does not include: 

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 200.
Heating Euro 20 per day (if used).
Wood for fireplace Euro 20each 100 kg (if used). 

Pets (only small size) are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
