Villa Pastina is an old stone farmhouse whose origins date back to the early 1900. The house has been beautifully restored and is located approximately 500 meters above sea level, in an isolated position amidst the hills surrounding Monte San Savino in the province of  Arezzo.
The property covers about 5 acres of land and is mainly composed by olive groves, forests and fruit trees. Its quiet and panoramic position is ideal for groups of friends and families looking for a quiet holiday with the possibility to visit and discover all the attractions offered in the area such as Monte San Savino, Lucignano, Arezzo, Cortona, Gargonza, Lake Trasimeno or a bit more distant such as Siena, Pienza, Chianti, Val d'Orcia, Montepulciano, Florence, Perugia, Assisi, etc. ...
The house, composed by 2 independant apartments, is ideal for 2 families wishing to spend their holidays together without sacrificing their privacy. Near the house, a small dependance is used by the owners from time to time. However, Â both the holiday house and the small dependance have their own independance and private external area with no contact points.
Guests will be able to purchase some products directly from the owners of the estate such as olive, fruit and wine
The owners, always very discreet but also very helpful, will offer some pizza baked in the wood burning oven to their guests.
INTERIOR
Ground Floor: Â access from the garden to a large room consisting of a spacious dining room with kitchenette and dining table for 12 people and living area furnished with sofas and armchairs and a big fireplace that can be also used for barbecues. A small corridor leads to one bathroom with shower, one lovely open bedroom (that can be closed with curtains) with bunk beds, one double bedroom with direct access to the garden.
First Floor: access from external stone staircase that leads to a small loggia. Direct entrance to the  kitchen-dining room with table for 8 people and an old large fireplace. From the dining room / kitchen, a corridor leads to the sleeping area with: one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms, one small bathroom with shower (curtain).  Then, two steps lead to a large double bedroom with fireplace and direct outdoor access and a small room with sofa-bed which also communicates with the dining room / kitchen.
EXTERIOR
The house has a beautiful and large garden with a lovely oval swimming pool which measures 11.5 x 5.7 m), garden furniture, outside shower, BBQ, great views over the surrounding hills, soccer field with 2 goals. In addition, guests will find a very useful gazebo with table and chairs, located between the house and the pool.
