This magnificent villa, Villa Tartaruga, lies on the North-Eastern coast of Sardinia. The property unfolds its outstanding and incredible position on top of a hill from where you can enjoy a unique panoramic view  of the coast below and the islands of Tavolara and Molara.

The nearest village is Porto San Paolo, only 1 km away, an elegant holiday resort where you can find a whole variety of shops, excellent reataurants, and a marina. The splendid,  sandy beaches of Porto Istana, Saline, Corallina, Porto Taverna, Costa Dorata, Coda Cavallo and Budoni, counting among the most enchanting, Italy protected  marine areas, can be easily reached by car in 5-10 minutes.

The house surface is 500 sqm; it is divided in  two floors, with access to both floors from the garden thanks to the land structure .

The most famous The maid and the gardener live in a separate flat in the area below the pool and apart from the rest of the house.

OUTDOOR

A large, well -kept garden surrounds Villa Tartaruga, with a 5X14 m pool and a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub exclusively reserved to the guests.

 

The price includes : 1 set of bed and bath linen per week, changing towels + laundry service on Wednesdays. With bookings for more than one-week, house cleaning and changing linen on Saturdays. House cleaning, 4 hours every day from 8:30 to 12:30 pm (excluding Sundays), pool towels, welcome basket, cot for babies under 2 years old, final cleaning.

The price does not include:  Air-conditioning on consumption, central heating on consumption, electricity on consumption , any tax to pay on the spot varies from town to town (details provided on site by the owner).

On request: Rental of Sailing boats or rubber dinghies, rental of diving equipment, car rental, shuttle service from Olbia Airport: € 30 for 4 people, grocery shopping service: € 30, pets allowed and with extra charge for cleaning.

 

Security deposit:  € 3000.00 deposit in cash (to be handed over on arrival)
