Villa Tonino is part of a large farmhouse (the rest of the building is unused) and is particularly suitable for one family. The helpful owners are available for any problems.

OUTDOOR
Villa Tonino looks onto a lovely garden, with a well kept lawned area in front, hosting a wide range of plants and flowers: geraniums in Tuscan pots, bougainvillea, roses, hydrangeas, lemon trees, a vegetable garden, olive trees and vineyards. In a pleasant setting amongst the olive groves, there is a lovely swimming pool; there is a sunny exposed pavement in the front of the house and a shaded veranda around the side where it is possible to enjoy outdoor meals.
The price includes: electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels
The price does not include: heating 100,00 Euro/week, air conditioning (150,00 Euro/week), any tax to pay on the spot varies from town to town ( details provided on site by the owner) .
On request: maid service, excursions in the major sights, wine tastings.
Security deposit: € 500.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
